Kellogg-American's two stage air compressor pumps are built using solid modeling creation and precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding. Our two stage compressor pumps are available with head unloaders for dual control operation and use B10 bearings designed with a life of over 8000 hours. Two-Stage Kellogg-American reciprocating pumps are capable of running 100% duty cycles required by heavy duty, industrial applications. The pistons are forged aluminum alloy (low pressure) and precision cast iron (high pressure). Our crankcases are precision machined iron, with CNC ground bearing journals. We use Swedish Steel valves that are stress relieved and assembled with lapped discs to provide long life.
